> SCHEDULES: Venues and Schedules will be posted online here approximately a two before the tournament Divisions first play date. Please check your team's schedule every week and before leaving for each game. Teams withdrawing at the last minute may cause schedule changes.
> COACHING CONFLICTS: Schedule conflicts cannot be resolved due to the high number of Coaches with multiple teams. Be aware that any current Cal South licensed and carded coach may coach any team in the National Cup tournament.
> REFEREE FEES: Each team pays the referees at the on field at the team check-in prior to the start of each game. The referee fee schedule for 2023 is posted online in the National Cup website section.
> CHECK-IN: The listed Head Coach or Team Manager needs to go online and print the teams Match Roster for each game. THERE IS A MANDATORY CHECK-IN BY THE COACH OR MANAGER AT THE VENUE HEADQUARTERS BEFORE THE TEAMS FIRST GAME. After the first game the Players and the Coaches are checked in at the field by the referees just prior to the start of each game.
